1. OUR SERVICE

1.1 Overview of the Service

Rock 2 Recovery CIC (“R2R”, “we”) offers non-clinical mental health support to serving members of the Armed Forces, veterans, their family members and members of the emergency services by providing one-to-one coaching sessions to discuss your situation with an assigned coach (“Services”). These sessions are designed to offer support, guidance and a safe space to talk, but they are not clinical or medical in nature.

1.2 No Clinical Services

R2R does not offer clinical, medical or therapeutic treatment. We encourage you to seek professional medical guidance where necessary and to continue any existing medical treatment plans recommended by healthcare professionals.

1.3 Coaches and Their Role

Our Services provide you with access to coaches who are volunteers; they are not employed by R2R but receive compensation for their support. All coaches are vetted and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations with R2R, which includes maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of coaching sessions at all times.

1.4 Appointments and Attendance

We provide safe and comfortable coaching at a mutually convenient location for an agreed period, tailored to your needs. Please make every effort to attend scheduled appointments. We will always aim to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if we need to change an appointment time or location. You agree to notify us if you cannot attend or no longer wish to attend an appointment.

1.5 Behaviour and Respect

We will treat you with courtesy, respect, dignity and compassion at all times, and we ask that you offer the same level of respect and courtesy to R2R team members during coaching sessions and in all communications with us.
